We are conveniently located in Braintree, Essex to allow us to provide our services to a wide area covering Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.
Braintree Loft Conversions came highly recommended to us by two separate friends, and we in turn would highly recommend them. We asked the company to do the structural work, fit the windows and staircase, and then we intended to complete the conversion ourselves. Steve, the manager, was approachable, very knowledgeable and full of advice and help. His team of builders and carpenters were professional and thorough, even the building inspector said he was ‘extremely impressed with the level of craftsmanship’. We have now completed the conversion and using the new rooms – the whole house now feels so open and spacious! We are just so pleased we had it done.”

We have know Steve Bacon of Braintree Loft Conversions for a number of years now. Over the years he has done all sorts of work for us from hanging doors to a full and very impressive garage conversion. Steve and his team that make up Braintree Lofts are all very reliable, trustworthy, professional and an absolute pleasure to have in our house.
No job was ever too big or too small, and Steve took the time to sit and discuss with us every possible way to make our house and our conversion the best it could be for us as a family. The aftercare is also a massive bonus, even after jobs were done if we ever had any problems or questions Steve would go out of his way to fix or answer them.
We would not hesitate to ever recommend Steve and his company to anyone and we have over the years put him in touch with a number of our friends and family and he has done conversions or extensions for them, and they all agreed with us and were so happy we had put his name forward.

The transformation was out of this world, we now have the extra room which we needed, the lighting gives a nice warm feel, and the extra floor space means we do not keep hitting into each other.
